Meet our Pastor & His Family

The Lord directly led John Evertson to be the Senior Pastor of West Valley in June of 2000 after graduating from Golden State Baptist College in Santa Clara, CA. John and Kara have been married for over 18 years and enjoy serving the Lord with their four children.  They enjoy sharing the Gospel with the lost, encouraging and equipping God's people and spending family time together.
